Those are all the screenshots I could get and post. I know those are old but it does prove for sure, yes WB has a GM and still does. I wasnt able to get any SS of her being on iPot or the honest fact it was GM-made (was leeched up in the bot testing area like in those ss above). I was inform when I asked about items like ales/envelops/berries/etc...maybe even goditems were all drop by her GM character. They do have unlimited supplies of items..like ales/slim whites/free edp bottles/badges/unlimited supplies of coats for FCP/Acid/Bombs..

We arent contesting a lift of the account in question, just the ban of the guild items. Whatever he did is all his fault and the way he should be punished for it is the removal of his account and all of HIS items. Why the rest of his guild has to suffer something we didnt know about really sucks.

It would help if we knew what was the reason for the ban. Ive had many innocent friends banned for the same reason. They unknowingly benefitted from bots and are well aware of the consequences. How giving back these items will attract more people to bot is questionable to me. When people bot, they know the consequences. These items are not even bottable, only attainable through hard work. The only thing I think it will show people is that the GMs are gracious and maybe the iRO public will get a better image of the GM team.

GodzFury doesn`t even know why he got banned. He only found out he got banned perm after the new ban lists were out. We would really like to know why the account was banned and how it was benefitted. Only then we can either accept it or contest it. Right now we are given something very vague and potentially innocent of.

At the siege tonight (04/20), there was a defense in a fort set up by opposing guilds. Each of these people had a pet poring out, which purposely obstructed where one could click to move. You couldn`t find a clear cell to click on to move foward. The pets even rendered many attacks useless, as you couldn`t target the owner due in part to sprite/pet stacking.

My question posed to you is this: Is this a bannable offense?
If it isn`t, I believe it should heavily be considered as something that should be added to the rules.
If it is, can the appropriate action be taken on the guild(s) in question in terms of consequence?

I have attatched a screenshot so you can more clearly see the situation described.

Question: Ok can i please get a response from GM 04 he/she seems to be the only one that cares. First off let me say thanks for conducting the last investigation and unblocking the account for my son.

Id really like to know how this other GM can say he was using a bot or whatever when he said he was sitting in the main town just talking to people when he was banned, you can login to the account and check his location. He said the last time he was blocked it happend right away not wait however long then just ban. I doubt its coincidence that 20min before he got banned wild blades was accusing him of cheating because they lost at an mvp. I did some research on the forums and read about multiple people complaining about the clan wild blades having the GM team in their clan and this appears to be true. My son tells me they were accusing him of cheating and harrassing him then he is magically banned while sitting in town? Im not taking this as a joke and i will call my lawyer and the wild blades gm will be in court and we will see how comical this all is, when he is fired for being biased and cheating in the game. Now unban my sons account, this is the same thing as last time except your just making accusations. Atleast last time the admin tried contacting my son this time there was no contact or anything which leads me to beleive this clan had the GM do them a favor with this banning. Im sure the rest of you GMs know about them being in the clans and all and quite frankly i dont care until it effects my son. I suggest he reconsiders this or i will be calling my lawyer and the better business bureu with your next response. I told you my sons condition and you just keep pressing your luck with this stuff. Question Dont give me this modified client nonsense, my son is 12 years old he obviously doesnt know howto change the code in your client. iroGM01 please quit being a fool and get out of wild blades. Ive read quite a bit about you doing favors for them so dont give me this. I find it funny that no one else bothered my son then soon as wild blades does he is banned? You have no proof of this client nonsense, ive sent and exe error in for my son and the response was "GMs are not trained to diagnose this problem". So you have no clue what a modified client even is or howto do anything. The way you guys diagnose someoen botting is by pming them and if they dont respond you ban. You didnt even contact my son this time which tells me you are doing wild blades a favor. You could atleast make an attempt to hide it by waiting til wildblades isnt around for a while you just make it obvious that you were one of the guys at the MVP and god forbid you to lose with your guy you made with help from your GM account. I contacted my lawyer today and he will be contacting the main office for kRO as well as your billing service as well. I also contacted the better business bureu who have said there have been quite a few complaints and they will be helping in court by displaying the multiple complaints people have given about this GM being in a clan in the game. You managed to get yourselves into some stuff for helping your guild. We will see how funny it is when your fired and banned. Ohh and here is the client that your claiming is modified enjoy looking at it even though you cant tell if it is or not because you have no clue about programming. I must say its rediculous that a grown adult who is working for gravity has to be this pathetic in helping his clan mates. You may be able to give excuses through email but lets see how you are when your in court and sworn in. Guys this is upsetting for me to see this account and the nature in which it was handled. The user has been either lied to or someone is not doing what they are stating. Someone said that the account would be re-investigating this account and why is it that it has not been completed. The account shows that it is blocked for benefiting from a hacking but the user has been receiving email replies from us stating that we are investigating the account. There are a number of problems with how this account was handled.



1. Account notes were ignored or over looked when emails were sent to the user.

2. Pended emails were NEVER tended to. 10 Emails never answered each with a note about the account being investigated. Who the hell is investigating this account if everyone is pending it?

3. This so called investigation? I want to know who is doing it and why nothing has been done about it in over a week. If the investigation was completed then why are there NO account notes and why is it that there are still 10 pended emails stating that the investigation is on-going?

4. At what point did we stop looking into accounts for the notes and going off of just previous pended notes?

5. And why please someone tell me what is going to happen with this account. Do NOT let me handle this account. This level of customer service is horrible and this can NOT happen.

Before receiving your email, I had no prior knowledge of the Die$3l account, or the fact that it was being re-investigated, or the fact that we could tell users we are re-investigating situations without the proper authorization to even re-investigate the situation to begin with.



I had previously dealed with one of the accounts involved, Crazysinvn, where I had done a hack investigation on an incident 2/3/05, in a hack which was unrelated to this case. That time the rollback was denied due to user trading off his items after the hack occurred.



My concern lies with the two accounts, Die$3l and Crazysinvn. Both accounts have been told 2 very different things. Die$3l was told he was suspended for benefiting from a hacking, then told that he is getting a 2nd chance. This one is okay, because we said we are re-investigating it, we can say that our claims support our original findings, sorry. The crazysinvn account was told that he was receiving a rollback to 4/6/05, then told “sorry, never mind.” Whatever happens though, it should be the same for both. Either do the initial conclusion for both, or the 2nd results for consistency’s sake? Both are bad, show a lack of professionalism and sense of unity within the GM Team.



I believe this account should not be released due to the fact that crazysinvn is not receiving a rollback. Ryan suggested removing the items off the account Die$3l and releasing the account, but I think that will open a can of worms with crazysinvn, who will want the items back, but only be receiving partial amount of his hacked goods if he gets what was on the die$3l acct, then it starts getting messy, just not a good idea.



I guess that’s the extent of my knowledge of these accounts.

A suspended account
Question I have a few questions about suspended accounts. A guild member of mine was recently banned and he and i don`t know the reason. He`s e-mailed and he says he hasn`t receieved a reply. His account has 2 very expensive items that belong to the guild. One is a god item and the other is an Eternity clip (osiric card). Is it possible for me to find out why his account is banned? I noticed you haven`t updated suspended accounts in awhile. Also, if this account is in fact permenant banned is there any chance to retrieve the items. Those items are very hard to come by and i think it unfair that the entire guild should suffer because one person was stupid and got banned with them. The account in question is named lithiumownz.

Honestly, i don`t really care much for your response. I don`t care why the account, Lithiumownz, was banned. I want the items that he borrowed from my guild back. You don`t even know how mad I am at this. My guild worked for 1 and a half years to gather enough items to make that thors belt. And the osiris clip was bought with just as much hard work.

This reply is not satisfactory. This reply is outrageous. I have been playing this game since it came out. I have never cheated or used illegal 3rd party programs. Those items are guild items. For one person messing up I am not going to lose over a years worth of work because you can`t log on an account and pass me WHATS MINE AND MY GUILDS. I want those items. I didn`t sell them to him. I don`t care what you think about the situation. Everyone in this game knows those items belong to me. I am not going to let it stand they are lost because some idiot got banned with them. This is by far the most ridiculous thing thats happened to me while playing this game. I`ve been involved in two USRC events(the finals for both). I`ve met GMs in person. I`ve met Christy. I have helped gravity attain numberous new players. The fact that i have played from the start should mean something. I don`t want one of your stupid replies about sorry for the inconvenience or thanks for your support. You really don`t know how mad i am. I want those items to be returned to me. If whoevers reading this e-mail can`t do what i want. I want a direct line to whoevers in charge of the GMs or the company in American. Or whoever can solve this problem to my satisfaction. We are sorry for your loss, but as stated before we can not remove items from a suspended account. In section 8 of the End License User agreement is the policy that we must follow on these accounts:

"you will lose any characters developed or items accumulated and you will not have the right to transfer, sell or assign any characters or items to anyone else"

Items that were traded to that account, willing or not will be locked with that account.

The GM Mailing Service is the only way to directly contact the GM Team concerning this issue, as we are not offering phone service at this time.

Whether or not the account suspension of Godzfury was justified or not, I`d like to know why we can`t retreive the guild`s items from said character. Is this something against Denuo Convena in itself? Why can`t Denuo Convena get the item that takes approximately 2 years to make, and also a considerable amount of effort as well. Then get it taken away because an account, not the guildmaster`s, is banned for 3rd party benefit? Again, I`d like to know why and for what reasons Gravity would not do this.

The GM Team can not restore items on a suspended account that were willingly given to that user. This rule is one that we must follow, it is not intended to hurt a specific user or guildmaster. Any item on a suspended account will be rendered inaccessible.

There have been past exceptions where guild items could be removed from suspended accounts, has there not? Gravity has shown to be a generous company in the past. The Meginjard isn`t an item that belongs to Godzfury, it`s a guild item. It was an item that was the number 1 prize for the latest tournament that Gravity set up. Although we did not attain it by these means, the importance of said item is held high in Gravity`s mind to have it as the prize. All i ask is that something that belongs to a whole guild to be returned to it and not have a whole guild punished because of 1 person`s actions. Is this not a reasonable request?

Hi, I am e-mailing you regarding the recent banning of GodzFury on the Chaos server. He is a guildmate of mine and was banned for benifitting from a 3rd party program. While he may be my guildmate and a friend, I cannot speak for all of his actions as there are many things people do unknown to others. I do not doubt your judgement for banning him for benifitting from a 3rd party program: I assume that you have done full research prior to banning and use good judgement.

However, when he was banned, there were several precious guild items on his account. These items consist of a Megingjard and a Clip of Eternity. It would be appreciated if these guild items could be returned to our guild Denuo Convena. Had we known prior of his actions, we would have avoided putting such valuable items in his care.

A friend of mine told me that in the past a guy named Fentzooler had gotten banned with a set of his guild`s elemental claymores. The guild leader had asked if the guild items could be returned and they were. Please return the megingjard and the clip of eternity to the guild. It has taken the guild over a year to gather the items needed to create the Megingjard. It was a guild effort. A guild effort of over 50 people. It would be disheartening if the irresponsibility of one member had put the efforts of 50 people to waste. Thank you very much.

Hi I`m emailing to ask about an accounted that was banned on 11/23/05 char name GodzFury. At the time he was banned he had on him 2 items, namely meginjard and osiris clip, that belonged to the guild Denuo Convena. I would like to ask if you could possibly return those to our guild leader char name Ashai. In the past you guys have done this many times. Returning items that did not belong to the person banned to its respected owners so why not items that belonged to a guild as a whole. It`s obsurd to think that we have to suffer for one person`s actions which no one knew anything about at all. Why does a full guild of 55 have to pay for some idiotic thing someone else did. I just ask that you return them because this is causing alot of people stress over losing something so close to them to something they had no control over.

I`m sure you guys have received several e-mails regarding to the ban of GodzFury`s account. Yes, he`s banned from benefiting from 3rd party program, but I don`t get why the items (Megingard and Osi Clip) should be banned along with the account. Our leader Ashai didn`t get any benefits off of him to make the God Item, and the Osi Clip was bought from way back. These two items belongs to the guild, it does not belong to him. If someone can get their item that only costs 1/100000 of the Megingard back from a suspended account, I don`t get why we can`t get these two items back.. you guys sure change the rules a lot. We aren`t even asking you guys to unban the account, I don`t know what he did, but if he did do some illegal he got what he deserves, but I don`t get why the rest of us should suffer from what he did. If this is how you guys satisfy your customers, I`m sorry, but you guys failed at it, considering how a lot of us in this guild has been supporting this game for over two-three years. If we can`t get the items back.. or if we can`t get an answer that could satisfy us (so far we haven`t gotten any), most likely we will all quit, because there`s no point paying for something we aren`t even enjoying anymore.

I, like many other members of Denuo Convena have been stout, loyal customers of iRO: our guild has done much to promote and develop the iRO community. Recently, one of our guild members was perma-banned with guild items on him (thor`s belt and osiris clip). The response our guild recieved was to the tune of: tough luck, the items cannot be restored (section 8). I know this clause in your terms of agreement has been broken on numerous accounts in the past (for the same reason as ours). To not give our guild the proper respect and courtesy as you do other guilds forces me to no longer renew my subscription. Unless adequate compensation is given to our guild leader who has so strongly stood by iRO, we see no reason to continue paying people who do not care about customer satisfaction.

He had two items on his account, a clip of eternity and a megingjard, that did not belong to him. They were the property of our guild leader, Ashai. We had no idea that he was benefitting from bots when we lent them to him, and it is incredibly demoralizing that they would be banned with his account. We would like them returned to our guild.

These items represent a culmination of over a year of effort on the part of our guild. It was impossible for us to know that GodzFury was botting behind our backs. If we had known, he would never have touched those items. I`m not asking for his account to be unbanned, if he was benefitting from third party programs, it is right that it should be. But the osiris clip and megingjard were never his. We`ve worked very hard at this game, and it is wrong that we should lose our guild`s items due to this ban. We had no idea that he had been using third-party programs, and if we did, he would have been immediatly expelled from the guild.

Denuo Convena is one of the most well-known guilds on iRO. We fought for iRO in Korea in the 2004 USRC, and placed second in the cross-server battles this year. However, if these items are not returned to us, most of the members of our guild will be quitting RO. We love the game, and still enjoy playing it, but we`ll have no motivation to continue if all of our hard work is destroyed like this. I`ve been playing iRO for more than three years now, but I would not pay for another month of this game in my life if you`re not willing to return our guild`s items to Ashai.

We are sorry, but we cannot give a item rollback or take the items off of the blocked character. If the item has been transferred willingly from one character to another it has to remain locked with the suspended account. Your guild's loss is regrettable, but the rules state that the items cannot be restored and we have to follow that.

Recently, GodzFury got banned for Benefitting from a 3rd party program. Our guild (Denuo Convena) dont know what he did, but along with account went two very expensive guild items. Namely a Mejingard and a Osiris clip. These items very much were not his, but were the guilds and have taken many many months of work to achieve. The fact that one person`s illegal actions that affect 40-50 others is unfair.

I have heard of other times where the GMs have been kind and given back items that were allegedly guild items and not the banned user`s. I hope that the GMs could be kind in this situation too. The items have too much levity, and because of this ban and the lack of support we are getting about this situation is causing many people (including the guild leader) to quit. Our guild participated in USRC for two years and we`ve been loyal to iRO for quite sometime. I just hate to see it end this way due to these item losses. I hope the GMs can understand the situation and make exceptions to the ToS and return the items to the guild. We would be very very grateful.

Well I know your prolly getting a ton of emails on the matter and this is no exception. I just request the guilds item be returned to the leader. We are trying to play a game and getting treated horribly over an individuals choice. I hope gravity is ready to lose a chunk of players over this cause talks is in place for Denuo Convena playing another game. This is quite a blow to the fun we have been expirencing of the past few years. I doubt their is a GM that doesn`t know who Denuo Convena is and you prolly realize how this game will lose luster without this guild intact.

So yea , Godzfury botted? Alot of people think so, I personally dont care. But She did wait til DC's belt/Mvp stuff were on his account and banned him.

She made a few maya purples for the guild. The first one was made during first USRC for trans classes.

She also hacked imacro , jewell* , fishfryer during the second USRC. She was planning to hack a few more people. Rxkire , you got lucky.

For the new stuff like brisg and second god belt. IMO I believe she had alot to do with that. When I was in WB at the time , we were no where close to making a brisg. *NOTE* AT THE TIME KARL OK?

I feel like I'm forgetting alot of things to say. I just hope people will believe me and other ppl who have tried to tell you guys whats going on. I Hope this iis somewhat of proof for you guys.
